Contact us at info@AmazingDiet.com for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping information. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the return package, otherwise return package without the RMA number clearly written on it will be refused.
Sign the ONLY the CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE line on each form and include both forms within your return (the remainder of each form will be completed by us upon reviewing your return).
Send us the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
